There is a wealth of resources available which are useful in protecting and promoting Indigenous intellectual property, however finding them can be confusing and time-consuming.  This resources section aims to help you easily locate these materials.

  • The guide to organisations provides an extensive list of organisations which can assist with Indigenous intellectual property issues, with a short description of what each organisation can do and a link to their website.
  • The Solid Arts fact sheets provide introductory information about Indigenous intellectual property issues and links to further resources available.

The Solid Arts workshops provide Indigenous artists, as well as people and organisations working with Indigenous artists, with important information about protecting and respecting Indigenous intellectual property. The workshops cover topics such as copyright, moral rights, the gaps in protection of Indigenous intellectual property , collaborations.
